There are many fabulous attractions to discover around the Sunshine Coast one of the most popular being Crocodile Hunter Steve Irwin and Terri Irwin's famous Australia Zoo. Come and visit all the intriguing Aussie animals and while your there feed a kangaroo or two. One of the other great Aussie attractions is Underwater World which is host to some of the scariest and awesome underwater creatures in Australia, come check them out for an experience of a life time.

Heading north from Brisbane you will reach Caboolture, a small quaint dairy town. Caboolture features several gorgeous lakes and parks, including the Centenary Lakes. There are also a number of fascinating historic places to visit near here one being the Abbey Museum which offers various historical artefacts, while the Caboolture Historical Village hosts a number of historic buildings set within a striking bushland setting.

If you continue north along the Bruce Highway, you will drive through the amazing Glass House Mountains. The Glass House Mountains features spectacular landscape scenery which offers several unbelievable walking trails.

Once you are past the Glass House Mountains, you can turn off of the highway and drive along the stunning coastal road, starting at Caloundra. Caloundra is an enjoyable holiday destination, offering several interesting museums, as well as some fantastic beaches. There are some fabulous fishing spots around here, and if your one who enjoy windsurfing a fantastic place to go is Bulcock Beach and Pumicestone Passage for an assortment of adventurous water activities.

Tours and TransfersFurther north past Kawana Waters are the triple towns of Alexandra Headland, Maroochydore and Mooloolaba which make up the Maroochy region. North again, past Coolum Beach is Noosa which is popular amongst surfers.

North of Noosa is 50km of magnificent beaches, called the Cooloola Coast. The beaches are backed by the Cooloola National Park (also called the Great Sandy National Park), and there is a small track running all the way through the park from Tewantin to Rainbow Beach. Along the route you will pass Lake Cooroibah and Boreen Point along the way, both offering a small selection of accommodation in perfect, relaxing settings.

You should also travel inland from the coast, visiting the beautiful Sunshine Coast Hinterland. There are some fabulous National Parks which you can visit, and some spectacular waterfalls and mountainous landscape.
